NO state standard deduction and NO itemized deductions; instead Utah uses the Taxpayer Tax Credit (a nonrefundable credit equal to 6% of the sum of federal deductions plus Utah personal exemptions, phased out by 1.3% of state taxable income above a threshold - higher earners get $0).
